  • Can this use a single USB port for power and display?

  • Never heard of RTX3060P before.

Not an official term, but the P is used to indicate that it's a high TGP variant of the mobile chip.

  • Does anyone have info on these. GOOD PRICE, but are they another Nitro 5?

    All I could find:
Youtube doesn't have any reviews with this specific config, but this one is for the 5800H version.

Bad thermals and recommended to undervolt the gpu and/or use a cooling pad, use MSI afterburner etc. Other than it seems ok.

Also, they are everywhere now at standard price of $1249

Yes. They are a nitro 5 and worse - only plus on these is the 130w 3060. Ive tried to explain to folks plenty of times before, but these - along with other gigabyte gaming laptops - arent of their own design - but uses aged (4-5 year old) Clevo (metabox being their major rebrand here in australia) chasis. Except with Metabox, while you do pay a premium, they have current gen clevo models, great QC (since they are made to order) and local customer service, which you dont get on these cheap mass produced models from gigabyte.

This specific model here is a NH58 (or one of the many variations of it) that was first used with 9th gen intel and 16- series gpus, which should indicate to you how old of a design it is. Neither the build quality nor cooling holds up any well in 2023. You do get decent price to performance since well its so cheap, but you will likely pay for it in longetivity which is anything but great.
