Thanks OP! These guys make pretty good wet food so I’ll give this a go (in combination with raw patties).

  • @OP, Thank you Very Much.

Idk why i read this as " free air fried dog" 🤦‍♂️

    • +5

Same. Also the dog in thumbnail looks like it’s getting air fried

      • So this food for air fried dogs?

  • My dog finds this too hard too chew, needs to be softer like absolute holistic or ziwi peak. Might suit other dogs though

    • I've got the lamb puppy and duck tins of these, i'd say they are softer than ziwi. Might vary based on which protein it is or something like that.

    • Is it just like kibble? I can't find a picture of the food itself. But why not just add some water to soften it up?

      • more like small diced rectangles. We use as treats but they're so dry and crumbly we would never buy again. We use kiwi kitchens.

If my dog is going to end up looking like rockstar Steven Tyler on a bad day I think I'll pass on this dog food lol.

    thanks OP! dinner sorted

  • Whoa,$169.99 for a bag and it's only 2.2kg.

    • Yeah noticed that but apparently need smaller servings then alternatives.

Still it's a freebie sample to see if your mutt likes it & then decide on the purchase 😁

      • Ignore my comment, lol. it's the newest invention that is that price. Zerog is so much cheaper. https://prime100.com.au/products/spd-dry/

        • still much more expensive than daily meals of most ozbargainers

      • I think most OzB'ers steal it from the supermarket tbh

This stuff works great for treats, it's so smelly that it gets the dogs attention really quickly.

Come here just for the pic :D

  • Before I give them my details, how big is a sample?

    • +1

Tiny bag about the size of shapes party pack. I got a pack free to try from mypetwarehouse last time I was there.

  • $47.30 per kilo if you opt in for auto delivery.

$9.14 per kilo for frozen Kanga mince at my local stock feed (bakers dozen, buy 12 get 1 free) and as little as $2.90 through to $4.50 for chicken drumsticks …. PASS!!

  • Thanks OP!

  • Did anyone receive a confirmation of their placed order for received theirs?
I used a burner email address to avoid future spam 😁

    • Finally received it, wow 😁

  • Is this supposed to replace kibble? I mean it looks more like dog treats and my dog seems to like it so I guess I'll use it as treats.

  • I have a big dog (40 kg) who's been fed Pet Circle's house brand, Instinctive Bite, since he was a pup.

He's healthy as, fully of energy and gets tons of compliments for his shiny fur.

    Costs <$95/15 kg on subscription.

  • I can't imagine my magpies will like it. If I leave their dinner dish out long enough for the dog food to dry out they turn up their beaks at it, and ask for a fresh serving.

  • Is this edible for human beings? I'm asking, for inflationary rations and reasons.

    • One way to find out. There's not anything in it that's going to kill you. Its just whether its palatable.

Tell us when you find out.
