"From time to time we may use your personal information to provide you with current information about finance, offers you may find of interest, changes to our organisation, or new products or services being offered by us or any company with whom we are associated."

Can you please list the currently associated companies so I would know where my data can be sold to?

"We may be required by law or by good business practice to retain your personal information for a period of time after you have ceased your relationship with us. After the required time has passed we will attend to the secure destruction or deletion of your personal information."

What is the minimum retention time required by 'good business practice' (and by law) for you to keep my personal and financial data?

    Thank you.

  • Thanks to your post, I went back to my bank and asked for additional discounts. They came back with 5.04% for investment P&I.
At least it offsets the latest interest rate rise.

    • May I ask which bank that is? That's great for investment PI

      • Bankwest. Note that's before the latest 25 basis points rise
