        I concur the site is absolute garbage keeps having to log-in and enter an email verification code for every freakin card. Then a few times wouldn't log in and the exchange card option disappeared. Took a couple of hours just to sort out 6 cards won't be doing that again horrible experience.

        For anyone else having similar issues if you manage to successfully register the Ultimate card via the Amazon email link what worked for me was going through the Retrieve card link on the Successful registration email. Also if the Exchange card link disappears you can do so directly from here.

        Also the Ultimate Everyone card does not have JB and The Good Guys for online exchange. Out of the big ones it pretty much only offers EB Games.

          Yep hence why there's usually a few comments on these deals that Amazon credit =/= gift card as they're a bit more restrictive since they can only be used on Amazon AU stuff, and if you refund the item, you don't get the credit back.

    I bought an a $200 AirBnB GC at 9am this morning. Still haven't received it yet. Amazon support says it takes 24 hrs. I call BS.

      Happened to me as well bought Amazon GC then used that to purchase a couple of Ultimate Everyone GCs but with the second one didn't receive the $10 promo credit.

      Then wasted an hour with a rep who was confused about the promo even after I linked the promo terms and conditions page where it states the $10 promo credit was supposed to be received after purchase (ie the rep kept saying that the $10 was already applied even though that $10 came from previous GC purchase).

      Anywho finally had enough and asked to be transferred to a higher-up and it was sorted out in a couple of minutes. So if you unfortunately get a rep who seems clueless don't waste your time just ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and they should be able to sort it out for you.

    Got the Ultimate card… but trying to sign in to the MyPrepaidCentre is an exercise in frustration. Keeps saying password not valid, lets me reset it, and then I still can't login.

    On another note, the "pick two same items in one square" captcha was cute the first couple of times but it grates on you after 10+.

        I ended up getting it refunded. I did manage to login but it kept failing when i tried to add to apple wallet so I’m glad it got refunded. If it’s this much hassle now then I don’t want to be fidgeting with this when I’m trying to use it in the shops.

          The easiest one, only register the card, but do not register an account (with password), so you don't need to be worried about forgetting your password, you will set up a pin I think that's enough

            @ivyholmes: I'm not worried about forgetting passwords but rather the site was just not allowing logins, but allowed resetting passwords. Seemed like it is either buggy, or unable to cope with the volume of traffic after the Amazon deal.

          I tried requesting Amazon to refund but they wouldn't. Said a specialized team will email me in the next 24 hours.

          I've tried signing in again this morning and it finally worked without doing anything differently.

            @pedro: Well I bought it because I needed a haircut and it had Just Cuts on there…. granted, I was also planning to use it for the Timezone $60 Valentines day promo too, but all in all, wasn't worth the headache seeing that the Apple Pay functionality wouldn't work either.

            On another note the Amazon staff member said the system was meant to block me using my Amazon gift card balance to buy another gift card… clearly it didn't.

    Also thought I mention that with the final $10 promo credit you can just purchase a $10 Ultimate GC or whatever for zilch. That's what I did anyways.

        No worries champ but just wanted to point out that there's a min of $20 to exchange online (only found out afterwards and JB, Good Guys etc not on there either) but should be able to add the card/s to Google/Apple wallet for in-store use. Their site/app and the whole process is super buggy and tortuous though.

    I bought a Kayo GC using an Amazon GC this morning.

    After waiting nearly 6 hours and a quick chat with Amazon (the rep told me to wait up to 24h), I thought I’d try to make another purchase to see if that would trigger the Kayo GC release and it did! The minute I bought another product (non GC) I received the Kayo GC!

    After buying these cards Amazon has flagged my account for security yesterday, so I tried to contact them to tell them it's all genuine and they said to wait 24 hours for my account to be restored as I've reset my password and everything. Then I get another email today saying they've suspected activity and now they're completely locking me out of my Amazon account. They've then cancelled all recent orders I've made on the platform. I tried calling them and they said it takes 1-2 days to restore my account access and their Account Change team has a very long wait time…. Thanks Amazon for your crappy customer service.

    The Ultimate Everyone card does not offer JB, The Good Guys and Officeworks etc for online exchange. Out of the big ones only has EB games as an option. Also most have min of $20 to exchange online.

    Make sure to use a valid mobile number as well.

    The site, app and the whole process is frustrating af and takes ages. Horrible experience won't be doing this again.

      Also after adding to Google wallet just noticed that for some freakin reason the balance on one card has gone to zero smh.

      Anyone who has added these cards to their wallet I would suggest checking your balances on the MyPrepaidCentre site under My Cards (top right). I tried entering the card PCN numbers (they have hidden this away under Transaction history page) on the Ultimate Gift Cards check balance page but that just gives an activation error message.

      The whole thing is absolute garbage and a major PITA!

      AFAIK one $10 for the Amazon GC per user but others there's no limit. Be warned though trying to redeem these Ultimate cards is not too dissimilar to being waterboarded by sleepy Joe.

      Did you exchange it for something?

      If you didn't then check your balances on the MyPrepaidCentre site under My Cards (top right - you'll have to log in first).

      If it's zero then click on the individual card on there and go to the transaction history page what does that show?

      I think from memory if it has been exchanged it should say something like balance adjusted -$100. My $10 balance disappeared from one card after adding to Google wallet and on there it was a different description (something like online -$10).

      If you haven't exchanged it but the balance has gone to zero then you can contact them and lodge an enquiry here.

      Also you can ring them up as well (supposably):

      Good luck hope it gets sorted out. Their site/s and app and the whole process is an absolute joke. I certainly wouldn't be putting myself through that again.

          Yeah their whole online system is super buggy and glitching out badly. If the number doesn't work then I guess you'll just have to lodge an enquiry and wait. That's what I did but haven't heard back from them yet. They should be able to reload them plus Amazon should have you covered either way but it might take some time. Pretty sure that this is happening to quite a few and some might not even be aware of it.

      Yes follow the second link in OP to see the Ultimate GC list.

      I would recommend purchasing one and then using the $10 promo credit from that for the second one.

      Also you can use discounted Amazon GCs to pay for them. However not sure if the Amazon GC deal in OP (via code AMAZONFEST) is still active.
