You can put those silly things on ebay with a 0.99c start and it would finish in $300+.

The dick smith website lists stores closing. Just input your postcode and look at nearby stores. I waited for the last day at knoxfeild, but was dragged away for work, not sure if they did the $1 items…

there was posted some deal about it last week, an ebook reader device, just forgot to go check out what was left.
and now its shut.
I went there today (by accident) - there wasn't much left…bought a few xbox games and a VGA cable, some micro usn chargers. But no usefull stuff left. I suspect yesterday was the bonanza day.
By the way, some stores are being taken over - those ones are normally not even worth the visit…the standard Dick Smith promos aren't valid there. Only the stores that close down are worth a visit.
Just headed down there, doors locked and looked like no stock left - oh well!
