  I purchased it, and will take it to the beach, using it as a raft on the water. We will just go wherever the breeze takes us.

  In NSW, swimming pools capable of being filled with water to a depth greater than 30cm are required by law to be surrounded with a child-resistant safety barrier and be registered online on the NSW Swimming Pool Register.

    I can live on a marina/waterway with the 3m+ deep murky water completely unfenced but if I put a 35cm deep inflatable pool in my backyard that's the dangerous thing that needs fencing…makes sense.

      What is even more crazy is if your pool area backs onto a canal, marina, river, etc it can be considered as part of that pool safety barrier.
