This version features toned down violence due to Australia's lack of a R18+ rating at this time.

I've made my version uncensored by changing a number in a text file it took like 10 secs
I did that when it first came out and only worked for offline play, for online it reverts back to censored.
say if you play with your mates and you all change the file does it revert back automatically?
nah but when you have the number changed you cant get achievements, cant host your games on dedicated servers (unless you buy one / setup yourself) and cant join people who havent changed it. need to make sure all your mates change theirs.
Sad that this is the censored version :(
I'd + it if it was full version (unless the sale also applies to US version, and people can use their regular 'methods' to obtain that? In which case I'll + it.)

no, you need a usa billing address and ip address and credit card
easier to get someone in usa to just gift it to you and you paypal them the money

no issues at all.
i've been able to play on all servers.
i.e steam, official dedicate, local, and so on (i think there's 4 types to choose from in game)

all i can suggest is get on steam and see if you can find anyone overseas that may be willing.
I managed to get someone overseas to gift it to me. It's quite a bit of work but hopefully it'll be worth it =D
