Same here, I made an order on the 7th of December. Took over a month to arrive. Did my return the same day it arrived and had to wait another month for my refund after escalating multiple times.
Yep, took a while for my refund to be processed. Sent back item (they confirmed they received the shipment) at the end of Nov last year, finally got my refund at the end of Jan. Called them 4 or 5 times and finally got there in the end

yes, I had this problem as well. Had a "gift card" from the Medibank Livebetter program, but it's a just a freaking coupon code which invalidates the extra 40%. Didn't know this or I would have just saved the points. FML
Just found that out myself. Frustrating considering I redeemed rewards points specifically for this!
And it won't let you checkout with a gift card if your cart total is less than to total of the giftcard and you are willing to forfeit the difference. It means you need to add more items and spend money.

Has anyone’s shopback purchase tracked? My two purchases via shopback from this morning still has not tracked. Made another purchase just then via Cashrewards and tracked right away.
EDIT 1604 email from CR arrived advising how much expected etc.
not yet no. mind i only did it around 1555. I used cash rewards - which normally do email you instantly to advise - yet likely they getting smashed as dang good deal.
I took screen shot to show time of purchase / the rate applicable also with time and then in CR click history. Perhaps overkill - yet the more the better sometimes i have found if need to lodge a claim. Dont even get me started on trying to claim Apple % back?!

I received my shoes yesterday and one of the pairs were 2nd hand.
Laces were already tied in a double bow
No stuffing inside the show
Dirt/mud on the tread and up the side
Adidas Logo inside the shoe under the heel worn away
Fabric inside around the back of the heel was worn.
So not even 'tried on and not for me' type of deal, these had been worn considerably. Pretty disgusting and yeah I now have to send them back and wait months for a refund.
Ew that's terrible. Make sure you let them know that they arrived like that, so they dont think you wore them.
In good news, i sent a pair back and received my refund two days later, so things seem to have improved in that regard.
