After missing out on the last tv deal I walked into my local Costco and found they had this tv marked down.

This looks like a nice tv. Great deal at that price.
But jeez, imagine paying full price 5k for a tv with a 1 year warranty…. Even 2k is like…. Uhhhhhh
Good luck with them getting away with evem 2 years warranty, let alone one.
I don't think anyone in the history of this tv paid rrp in Australia. No one would pay over $3.5k for an entry level qled 85 Samsung on the best days when you could have gotten an equivalent 85 Sony for less during discounts. As always Costco rrp is BS.

Never knew there was a Costco at Lake Macquarie, the only one I can see in google maps is 1 Cressy Rd, Boolaroo NSW 2284, Australia

I've been looking at large screen options in the 80 to 100inch range…when prices are dropping this low it really makes it challengingto justify the hassle/cost of short throw projectors!
