    rubbish? nothing wrong with brushes. educate yourself. if it was brushless it wouldn't be $39, lol
    also brushless isn't needed unless you are a tradie using it all the time. The market this is for is the DIY'er that probably will use it 1-3 times a year. therefore brushed will still last forever with light use.

    don't be silly, no tradie is buying this for work to use all day, everyday.

  Damn! My only consolation after having just bought the Katana drill + impact combo for $60 @ SCA is that this deal here is a unicorn (but if I do find it somewhere, or it comes back in stock, should I return the Katana?? I haven't yet opened it.).

    My brief research tells me that the Katana combo you purchased is good Home DIY gear.
    I tried to purchase the same kit for delivery, but only available for C&C. So I called up to ask why, and was told that their Delivery Partners don't deliver Dangerous Goods (batteries). Who are their 'partners'? STARTRACK and Couriers Please. I'm sure I have received battery items quite recently from both delivery companies.
    Anyone know if this is the actual case and why?
