  • Muzeeb…where are you?

  • Tempting… the only things it missing is HDR.. 60hz would be fine.

  • It's a great price, although can't understand why the response time is only 14ms when it uses the same panel as the LG, Dell, and Lenovo 5K2K equivalents and they are down at 5/6/8ms. It's the only one with a webcam built-in but also the physically largest monitor given it's speakers placement is prominent at the front of the bottom bezel, and also the heaviest by 2-3kg if you're planning to mount it on an arm… also only PBP I believe no PIP like the Dell and Lenovo. However it is the only one with 2x TB3 inputs if wanting to connect multiple laptops with a single cable without an extra dock…

  • I would rather get Alienware AW3821DW or LG OLED42C2PSA

    • +4

Thanks for letting us know you'd rather get a monitor with a different resolution or a different aspect ratio TV.

  • 14ms? Are we back in 2005?

  • Waiting on a decent Alienware AW3821DW sale.. same as this time last year.

  • Tempting.. I really enjoy my U3821dw though.

    • Has text clarity been an issue at all?

      • +1

I find the clarity in macos lacking. Windows is much better. Windows has a lot more settings for text clarity than macos.
