      Trouble with shipment method!
My order (shipped to store) quickly flashed up as order failed due to shipment method.

Order still shows as processing, PayPal shows payment.

Rang Kathmandu support - got a recorded message it was outside their business hours (M-F until 5pm), at 4:15AEDT.

Just in case, rang outlet store (only store with stock in State) - will hold 1 until this is sorted out next week.

      • Despite a pop up saying order was invalid due to shipping method…

        Confirmation & Invoice now received
        Being delivered to nearby store👍

    • Seems website has had problems with delivered orders. My order was finally confirmed for delivery to store.

  • is this also in store?

    • Always is, but few if any stores have clearance stock now as new stock has arrived. Moved to their outlet stores or warehouse.
Try an outlet store or order & get sent to a store.

  • Received a $20 "anniversary" voucher last week. Then this email today.

So had a few clearance clothes in basket to choose from (up to $35), hoping for this regular discount.

Already ordered another comfy hemp / cotton Flaxton Men’s Long Sleeve Shirt $89 down to $35 for $8.

  • oooh nice. I pulled the trigger on a merino t shirt. $40 sounds fair

They've comfy, look good, but material is thin & likely to stretch.

Love them for cooler weather by themself, worn over a thin thermal top, or under a jacket! Very light weight for travel.

      Bought LS($15) & SS($8) over a year back using same $20 voucher & 30% off!
Only the colour in the range changes from year to year.

      • but material is thin & likely to stretch

Picked it up yesterday. I confirm - it's thinner than I expected

Most Kathmandu clothes are for fashion. Made for a cheap price, then sold as expensive @RRP. Not hard wearing outdoor gear that lasts.

Similar idea but better than Kmart t-shirts which are known for stretching.
Can return if not what you want.

Over 1 year on - very happy with my $8 bargains.
Love the feel of the Merino against the skin. Looking forward to wearing them when the temp drops!

They do sell better quality Merino clothes at a much higher price.

    long weekend where?

  • nice. got a $20 voucher to burn

  • Does Kathmandu tend to run small, large or TTS?

    • Even K staff can't (honestly) answer that!
Sizing varies with different products, likely from different manufacturers.

They've told me there can be size variations between different colours in same product!

An issue I've found with LS shirts - while they fit my torso correctly, the sleeves are too tight to roll up! And that's definitely not due to huge arm muscles! Need to buy next size up.

I usually try on in store & then wait for sale to buy. What I bought online today I tried on weeks ago! But you've got to be lucky your size is still available.

      • They've told me there can be size variations between different colours in same product!

I can confirm this, annoyingly. I’ve got a couple of shirts that give the impression of being different “runs” of the same line but because they’re sold under the same listing you really won’t know what you’re getting until you’ve got it.

I’ve also got shorts that are several sizes larger than what I usually wear, and I only knew to size up because of reviews in which people found out the hard way.

Generally really like the clothes once I get them but man is their sizing frustrating.

  • Thanks for this! Went down to Harbour Town store (Adelaide) and picked up a Heli v.3 for $72. They had a big range of colours and sizes available when I was there this morning.

They also had the Epiq jacket in heaps of sizes (https://www.kathmandu.com.au/sale/mens/epiq-mns-hooded-down-…), which looks like good value with the extra discount. I didn't get it because I can't see myself getting locked in a freezer in the near future but you never know

  • AfterPay 16-19/3 10% off!
Received $20 voucher as haven't shopped for a while… on that account.

Bought another $100RRP SS Flaxton Shirt (comfy hemp / cotton) reduced to $25, for $2.50 via AfterPay!
