Not the cheapest ever, but still a very good price at -53% off RRP. Bought this a week ago for $69 on Amazon. Kicking myself on the price now but otherwise a very good comfortable mouse to use.

    Good deal.

You could buy new one, but return it under the old purchase.

    • Already opened it, and it's packed in one of those sealed plastic shaped things that there's no way of sealing it back after it's been opened.

        Sorry let me explain again.

I mean, keep the old mouse you ordered for $69. But order this new one, pay an additional $47.20.
You now have two. Don't open the new one.

But then submit a return for the first mouse (that you spent $69 on), and send back the unopened new one you just ordered (that you paid $47.20 for)

        You'll get a refund of $69, and effectively only pay $47.20 👍

Or just ask Amazon to refund you the difference (sometimes the rep will get confused and refund you the full amount)

          • @bongo007: Have you had any success with this? I've found the online chat support pretty hopeless.

            • +3

@eediot: I just contacted Amazon, they refunded the difference for me :-) Original purchase ~2 week ago.
              They even apologised.

              thanks @bongo007 @fwz

          • @bongo007: Absolutely you can try this, but I find this rarely works? Usually in my experience they just flatly refuse (I have had this happen several times). I suppose you can then just give it a shot and then follow the above method.

              @b2dz: Thanks @Kai @b2dz, will give that a go!

            • +1

@b2dz: You were right, they flatly refuse when I asked, but they said I could buy the new mouse and return the old one for a full refund so I'll just do what you suggested previously. Talk about a waste of resources. Thanks mate!

      • You can return it even used, if you still have the box.

AA battery for 2 years sounds impressive !

My cheapo AA batteries only last around 6 months under daily use.
      Nowhere near claimed 24 months.
I agree with others though, this is very comfortable mouse and works flawlessly when paired with K860.

ProTip: You can combine multiple Logitech devices into single USB dongle with Logitech Unifying Software

      • It can bind with up to 3 devices through bluetooth as well. A very versatile mouse.

    • Maybe if you hardly use the mouse. I usually change the batteries around every 6 months with daily usage.

Have this mouse from the last time the MK850 combo came up on Ozbargain. Use them for work and agree with fwz that the mouse is very comfortable, so much so that I've jumped on this deal to add it to my home laptop. Thankyou, good find!

Also have this at work.. I use 3 computers on one desk so this is super handy as the switcher button is on the side, not the bottom like other Logitech mice.

    • Yep, so brilliant and keeping my desk tidy. One for work laptop, one for my ipad and one for my Samsung Fold 4.

JB Hifi also have this for $47.20 also. Price match at Officeworks for $44.84.

  • Great mouse. Thanks OP!

  • Bought this with Logitech Performance Mk850 Black for $89.00 after using price match policy + $10 off JBHI perk back in early January '23.

  • What is a good Logi Keyboard to match with this?
I too bought the mouse a couple of weeks ago for $69

I have this mouse and hate it. Context menus flick off and I need to use keyboard arrows to navigate them, it seems really jittery. Have I got some setting wrong as I assume it is actually a good mouse?

    • +1

It is a good mouse. Good for work. I even wish they made gaming mouse with the same shape. Didn’t experience the issues you have

  • Dongle and Batteries included…just need the software and setup :) gtg
