    Currently on a trip organised through Travel Online as part of this deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/700943).

    I've had a very positive experience with them and the trip has been great.

    Only one issue regarding a flight schedule change early on that I followed up and was reorganised quickly. However they said they would have gotten back to me closer to the date.

    Stayed at the Mamaka. It's pretty nice. Pretty funky loud music at the pool most of the day, sometimes with a dj. Free laundromat on site to use, which is awesome, can go home with a suitcase of clean clothes. Brekky pretty good, sort of sitting on a balcony overlooking the beach, sort of. Real coffee in the mornings. EXCELLENT gym.

    It seems to let me select dates prior to May but I see this appear "This property is due to open 1 May 2023"? Must be a logic error?

    I go to book and it suggests I need to select a room, but go to select a room and it shows the same message that the property isnt open until 1st May

    Which airline would this be with? If it's with Jetstar or Qantas I would instantly pass on this.
    Can't see anything in terms & conditions either.

        Google the combination of "Jetstar" "Bali" and "Delay/Cancellation" and you shall see my friend.
        They are the most unreliable Airline in Australia for a reason.

      Yes, see my post above, getting the same error and can't complete the booking as it needs you to select the hotel room (which you can't as it says the hotel isnt open until 1st May).

      Ive PM'd the OP but dont have a work-around yet and looking to book ASAP

    Called travel agent as still getting "hotel isnt open until 1st May" and theyre confirming its not available to book with this package prior to that date.

    Why it would let you select dates when they're not available is a bit annoying
