I emailed [email protected] and asked for the 30% Samsung loyalty discount for QLED TVs, recieved a phone call within an hour with the code.
Was originally looking at the 75inch Frame at the same price but they have no stock. Looks to be $420 lower than the previous deal.

Cashrewards tracked instantly after checking out at $42.75.

Also tried stacking newsletter $50 code but didn't work.

            I set up a qn85b 65 for a client and the picture looks great and I’ve been using my c835 75 and it’s great but I think the Samsungs brighter with better colours.
            Unless my tuning of the pic is off on the c835 also somewhat looks like I have a dead pixel when I’m playing Xbox

  • Just contacted Samsung Chat to request the Loyalty code. They advised they didn't have a 30% code (lucky you OP) but could do 15%. Comes out to the same price as the Gov portal - $2,039.15

    • Mention you are looking at the neo qled and that you are looking for a loyalty code. If you have a samsung device id also send through a photo of the model / serial number plate and mention you are looking to upgrade.

    Great pricing on these deals but as a caution, read the reviews on Samsung Australia customer service. Im having an awful time with them. Well worth seeking a price match elsewhere.

      I purchased the QN95B during the Boxing Day sales. It had an issue where the tv wouldn't turn on when asleep for extended periods of time via the remote. Had to unplug and plug back in from the powerpoint. Samsung have sent out a repairman three times! After the third time, it got even worse. TV would not turn on or connect to the internet. They said it was a major fault and I would be assigned a case manager. It's been a week and a half and we are negotiating a resolution i.e. either a full refund or replacement. They cannot replace with the same tv because they said it's highly likely that it will happen again.

      TLDR: 3 months after purchase, still don't have a working tv from Samsung.

      • Highly likely it will happen again. What type of Stupid Repsonce from Samsung is that. Basically saying all 95B's do the samething and this is normal. I'm not directing my Rant at you.

        • that's the sort of thing you say when you don't think the tv has an actual fault and they wont you to change model

          • @ugoagogo: It's actually a common fault based on what I've read. People just think it's an issue with the remote so it's not well documented. The tv does turn on, but the backlight doesn't turn on so u can see the picture image if you shine a torch on the screen. I have it on video. It happened daily but it needs to be off for a few hours hence the issue trouble shooting. The repairman confirmed the issue each time they came and needed to confirm it to Samsung head office before I was issued a case manager.

      • I have the 75" QN95B since April/May 2022 and haven't had this particular issue.

        Family did report that the YouTube app wouldn't respond to remote or slow recently but that's about all in terms of issue and it was fine before.

        Just out of curiousity what firmware are you running and any other issues noticed?

        • Running the latest firmware. I needed to update it and allow Samsung to remote access my tv to review it and everything before they even agreed to send a repairman out to check.

          The repairman changed the main board on both the main tv and the one connect box but the issues still persists.

  • Samsung will give you the worst after service ever. Nobody reaches you and you cant reach to the ppl who makes decision. Yoy may have to wait for weeks.
    Custome care is just a namesake.
    Things are not guaranteed to arrive safe and after serice will ask you to repaire it even if you buy new you will end up getting a repIrd one.

  • My Aldi 55 inch TV has no LED back light . Hope Samsung TVs are much better quality. Just bought a 75 inch 75Q60B.

    This ALDI TV main board was burnt on 11th month, really luck one month before the warranty ends. it worked OK for 6 years after the repair.

    I re-soldered all the pins and soldering pads on the PCB board, and it worked for 2 days but it is showing the same fault now.

  • I have tried 3 times to get a loyalty discount code and Samsung are super slow to reply (if at all) via email. I tried them twice last week and heard nothing. Then chatted today and they would only offer 15% and then went out of stock saying I'd need to speak to Product Services on Monday …. I've had really good product experiences but man their customer service is sh!te!

  • I emailed Samsung AU last Friday when the deals were on. I kept trying to get an answer each day. I just got my voucher code too but any 75" for which the code is valid is out of stock. Way to go Samsung!

        • ANC are going there tomorrow to pick up. From what i was told from the warehouse is located in Berrinba (Brisbane Delivery)

          Also when i login to my samsung orders page it states mine has been delivered and also shows me the serial number of the tv. Is yours the same and are you in Brisbane?

                  @kapil27: finally got delivered! When you call through to customer service for online orders ask for mark the manager. He was the one who got mine sorted in the end very quickly
