The 2020 Samsungs stepped down with the model numbers so the Q80T is equivalent to a 2019 Q70R.

It’s actually an $800 credit so yes you can upgrade to higher storage 12s.

As opposed to what? A 24 month contract? The 12 month deals are better, quicker turnover of grabbing a gift card each time you port back in.
