  Just by reading the description, I would assume the seller knows nothing about wheels.
  To be honest, plenty of good conditioned Roval, Fulcrum, Shimano etc. carbon wheels on fb market under this price.

    I wouldn't touch these wheels personally, but having say that, I hardly come across any good condition wheelset at $600 mark for the brands you have above in carbon. Usually at that price, either they are well over 10 years old or the condition is very fair.
