Just received this email to my Turkey Gmail registered for Google One previously. It turns out that the credit was not claimable due to the "code country does not match your account country". Luckily it shows as a voucher code at that stage and can be applied to my main account.

Mine had TRY$15 to claim. How are you getting AU offers on your Turkey account? I had make my account completely Turkish (get rid of my Aussie payment profile) to sign up to anything other than YouTube (Spotify, Netflix, One, etc).
Not too sure. Maybe due to I paid in AU$ with AU card. Same I have a complete Turkey account except AU payment and phone number. It charges in TRY monthly.
