There are no licensing laws for content, only contracts between content owners and licensees. There are two main reasons why the content differs between markets; 1. There's already a licensing agreement in place for certain content with a local broadcaster/streamer OR 2. The content is not deemed suitable for the market in question. Sucks balls and forces us to jump through hoops to get the content WE want. It's not likely going to change either as the content providers are making bank on licensing shows to local broadcasters/streamers.

I have existing 12 months but i had already cancelled my auto-renewal , as i didn’t want to forget it and get hit with full price.
So in accounts i entered the new code and ticked “restart subscription”. Its now showing as 50% percent off , starting at next due date 26/5/23.

Is Paramount so insanely slow to load for everyone else? We've got FTTP and yet it still takes like a good solid minute for it to load on my laptop and apple tv. Whereas Disney, Netflix etc are all instant.
