Usually I'm a frequent user of the camo, swarm and leather skins. But this time, the look of the Obsidian piqued my interest.
I feel with these skins, if you buy more than one, you'll literally never remember to rip your current one off to apply a new one, like I've had mine on my S21 Plus now for over a year, with a case that I rarely remove. I guess it's more just about the peace of mind.
Can't wait to get the phone in two weeks and install it, heard excellent things about it. Though I screwed up this time and didn't claim the entire bonus I had, though I did get the 45w charger for free🤦🏽♂️
Great phone and a great choice. I went S22 to S23 Plus. Loving it and I can't kill the battery in a day (where the S22 lasted until mid-afternoon).

I wouldn't go that far but their videos for the last year or so have been so generic and uninspired. Can't remember the last time I clicked on one or at least watched past a minute.
Linus formula right now is so boring: server pc wow so fast, building my bajillionth pc, lets review obscure product but never go beyond the surface (and its this weird formula where linus' team holds his hand through a guided tour).
Anthony and alex make some interesting videos from time to time, but comparing the quality of linus' videos to gamers nexus, its a wonder that linus has been offered 9 figures for his company. Actually not really since they seem to be a marketing and logistics company first and foremost.

Their PR team goes crazy but they do actually sell good stuff, bought an iPhone 7 Plus skin from them back in 2020 and it came with 2 separate skins, one version to sit around the camera bump and the other which also covered the rim of the camera bump.
Cost like 35 bucks all in, shipping included, took a month to arrive and came with no protective packaging, but wasn’t damaged in any way.
Skin was pretty high quality and outlasted the phone, never ended up needing to use the second version. Hope this helps.

I have had a Red Dragon skin on my Surface Laptop 1 since Feb 2019 and there hasn't been a single sign of the adhesive wearing off of it at all. On my old iPhone 7 the skin did start to peel off on the corner, but that was because it had a hard time trying to cling onto the dented corners. Currently use the Grip on my iPhone 12 for 2 years and the case hasn't taken any notable damage at all (neither has the phone). FYI the grip on the Grip case is stupidly grippy. It makes other phone cases feel slippery in comparison. It's awesome and worth the money imho.
except the terrible magsafe is the biggest issue, its why i didnt get one for my 14 pro max

The Triple Black skin appears to be offered for free when you purchase one of the Damascus skins (Warzone, Acid, Obsidian).
I was only after the Triple Black skin but ended up getting an Obsidian Skin as well for no extra cost.

Thickness starts at 0.23mm depending how textured the skin is - these are for scratch protection and looking good, I wouldn't count on them for any drop protection.

No, its actually not. I've never heard about dbrand before. Considering how many up votes it has, I thought maybe the cases could have been quite decent.
Ok, there are skins. They have a case but never used one, probably not as good an otterbox.

@kimba88: Some people don't use cases for a multitude of reasons and like the aesthetics/texture/enhanced grip of a skin. The dbrand case is generally considered to be quite good, but it's made for aesthetics and slimness whereas the otterbox brand is generally focussed on overprotective, thick cases.
@bananabendera: Thanks for that. I actually find the otterbox defender to be quite slim compared with my old griffin survivor case. That's why i thought, if the dbrand one was a little thicker, id feel a little more protected.
