welcome to Vodafail… im suprised the ACCC hasn't fined their butts for not fixing their issues, like serious what the hell happened to make it all fall to sheet!
So just to clarify, this is a SIM to call international numbers from within Australia, not an international/travel SIM that allows you to make calls/messages whilst roaming internationally.
Optus call4less would be a better deal for international calls. The title itself is a bit miss leading.

Be aware that there is a 23c flagfall. Some other carriers don't charge flagfall, so take that into account in the comparison.
