I had some on the bench a while back. The mother in law ate it and said it was tough. She thought it was jerky. Oh well. Live and learn.

I made some jerky out of calf liver. It tasted pretty good but my Dr said a lot of the nutrients in liver are taken out with the drying process.
Chicken liver is $4.80 kg at Woolies. This seems mighty expensive.
