    For those wondering, you can stack gift cards together (at least that worked recently, should still work). So if the store doesn't offer custom denominations, then it's good if you don't want to spend the $10 elsewhere and just use it for $110 instead.

    The gift cards just come through as codes to use in the cart and can be stacked.

    Much easier than splitting $100 and $10 ones separately I've found depending on what you're looking to spend on. Can just add different demoninations of cards to the card to $110, and apply the codes to get the cost down to $0.

          I tested bonus code EASTERBONUS with $100 and $90 gift cards both with partial payment ($70 off) from gift cards from last time, for $90 code didn't work but for $100 it did so I'm guessing bonus should work?

      That's what I've used for previously. Be aware that for some reason the Bunnings gift card received doesn't have the usual barcodes on them. The staff member will need to manually type the two long codes in so it's a little bit painful, especially if you need to redeem more than one at time (eg. $100 and $10). Some staff might also question if it's a valid gift card because it doesn't look the same as normal. I've had to say something like "Yeah these are different than normal but I've used them before, we need to type the numbers manually, sorry".

          Correct. Bunnings don't store a balance on gift cards. You will need to "buy" gift cards in addition to the items being purchased up to the total of the gift card being redeemed. Any balance below $10 will be given in cash.

        Life hack…
        Download the stocard app. Copy paste the code as a card on the stocard app. It will automatically generate the barcode for that number.
        I haven't test, but should work because barcodes are just numbers/letters

          I use Google Wallet for that.

          The problem is the Bunnings gift cards have 2 codes so this "hack" doesn't help in this instance.

      Is it sitewide or only applied to the 26 gift cards on the page? It took 3 days for the bonus last time so don't think you can confirm it very soon.

      You can redeem multiple gift cards in one transaction at jb (both online and in store). It says max 10 somewhere on the website but I've done up to 15 before! Not sure if that's what you're asking?

          Ah yes must've been 5 and not 10 that I saw, but definitely wasn't enforced when I bought something like 3 months ago? Worst case then there definitely isn't a limit in store, and won't be a limit to the dirty looks you get from employees ;)

    Last time I swapped the $100 for a Grocery gift card and used it at ALDI and local fruit and veg stores, as that is something you can't get discount for elsewhere. When you get down to a very small amount then use up the rest at Coles/Woolworths at a self serve checkout (split payment). I then switched the $10 bonus for a Wish gift card.

    Not sure if there is a better way to do it, assume you can use nicholasv's method to do the same thing, but via the swap gift card.

    Alternatively you can use the grocery gift card to buy 3-4% discounted Woolworths/Wish gift cards via Student Edge or some other woolworths hosted gift card portal, which I did the prior time. Using the grocery gift card as the payment method (last tested 23/12).

        The grocery gift card is digital, it activates in the TCN app, then you add it to your mobile wallet and paywave at the checkout (at ALDI or fruit n veg store etc.)

        The digital card is Mastercard only so going to get the fees however it's entered on the terminal. Physical card is EFTPOS so wouldn't attract Aldi's fees but the $2.95 shipping fee will kill that benefit.

            @dlee: Buy the card.gift plain swap card, enter code to earn first $10. Then use it to pay for another gift card on a different account, enter code again. No need to add payment details since the plain swap card covers the cost.

                @dlee: It means another email address. If you don't have one but have a gmail you can use that with adding a "." somewhere in your email. I bought the easter card on first email, then bought the grocery card on another email using the easter card from first email as payment. Same browser was fine.

          Thanks for clarifying, it's just a bit scary when you get the message "EASTERBONUS (-$0.00)" after applying the code, makes you think you haven't qualified and you are getting $0.00. Also I have never seen this promotion before which is why I have nothing to compare it to. However, if you say it was the same thing last time ie I assume you are saying you got the exact same message "EASTERBONUS (-$0.00)" last time and yet you still got the bonus $10. Ok, I'll give it a go then.
