        mine got processed after 20hrs though it's showing March 30 on invoice, not sure if they honor $10 bonus.

    the whole experience is kinda backward. for digital credit card there is $4.95 activation fee eventhough it's digital. still prefer shopback or prezee purchasing experience. Have to go the whole purchase process to redeem. Not many option for $10 due to no variable amount. Regret the purchase and just redeem retail stores voucher and leave it at that.

      Check spam folder.

      Check order confirmation email. It shows promotion code. Maybe you didn't add it.

        Update (if anyone wants a still waiting/can’t find it): I called card gift (they’re open ‘til 5 today) and they sent it out. Call was really quick and got the bonus email within 5 minutes.

    I bought the $100 grocery card on 28/3. Received the $10 bonus on 29/03. Spent the $100 grocery card at Coles on 01/04 no problems.

    It was a smooth process for me fortunately.

    For those still having problems check your spam/junk folder and call them if still no bonus received after 5 days.

          You only need to install the TCN App for the grocery giftcard (MasterCard) details, with which to pay for a Woolworths related giftcard like a credit card.

            @Neoika: oh okay. I can see the card number & expiry on TCN app for grocery card. So, just like any card i can add these details on checkout i guess?
