      That's why I didnt make more orders, after 9 40 when I released the deal was ending at 10 pm, not 8 pm.

    I had the best pickup experience for my 6 orders. He substituted my two Magnum’s with anything from the freezer so I chose two pints of B&J and when he handed me my pizza he also gave me a complimentary Hershey’s cookie. Thank you Pizza Hut and ShopBack!

    All my 18 orders tracked…..$9.38 out of pocket if all 18 orders are paid out.

    I was charged for a 'stuck order'….but store knows about it….even though I didn't get email with order, no cashback tracking, I was charged for this order.
    Store was cool about it. Offered refund.

    Also substituted the out of stock mini magnums and a golden gaytime for Ben and Jerry pint pots. Plus 4 extra choc mousse on top as well.

          Haha nope, I had to pre-order for future pickups as I was fishing during the entire 5-10pm period.

          Fish were biting hard so I had to multitask but otherwise could have gotten heaps more orders in

        I always get a bit concerned when I read about deals getting hammered beyond what might be a "reasonable expectation" by the parties involved, insofar of their likelihood of appearing again in the future. But you were entitled to do what you did, as per the T&Cs. And you've given so much to this forum. So there is nothing personal in my observation.

      The $9.85 ice creams was the first things to fall yesterday . Those that didn't go long 4-7 days in the future pick ups are in trouble . Of course ring the store . It was the best value longer expiry item in the deal .

    I order 3 pizza's and only got 2. Talked to pizzahut about it but the fkers gave me a runaround so I will dispute this through Paypal. Prob only the 3rd time I went to Pizzahut and all 3 times were for cashback offers but now I will probably blacklist them.

    I just received an angry call from my local Pizza Hut. He tried to tell me I'm in breach of the terms & conditions by making separate individual orders for cashback. All of my 8 orders are going to be cancelled. He said no Pizza Hut in Australia is going to accept this lol.

    Can you switch a pre-order to a different store if it's a few days away? Tonights is not looking good promising at all.

    Update:

    Absolutely horrible experience.

    I arrive a few minutes late so they have plenty of wiggle room to make the pizza. The interior has hygiene issues everywhere once inside. Dirty floors, dirty surfaces and a strange odour. When I go up to the counter, there is mass confusion about what the order is and if it was placed in the first place. After a further 5 minutes of searching, they finally find record of the online order. They then tell me that it will be a 20-25 minute wait. No apology. It's as if I just ordered with their response. More than 30 minutes later they have the pizza ready and it is an absolute mess inside - as if took 5 minutes. No other customers inside, not busy at all. Minimal toppings and clearly not cooked enough.

    Will be opening a dispute with PayPal and reporting the store. Never heading back to Pizza Hut again. Disgusting.

        I doubt GYB is going to have any insight, but from my years of claiming deals, it is often an overzealous staff/company owner who took great offence at you claiming a bargain.

          Yeah, no matter how good a deal is, everyone knows deep down there is a reasonable amount linked to it before crap hits the fan and stores or staff start to get pissed. Especially when before you pick up the order there were 10 others who did the same thing.
