Wolfenstein an absolutely amazing game series. Highly recommended to anyone who hasn't played it.

I remember Wolfenstein 3D back on my MS-Dos PC in the 90s. It was so addictive

      • +6

I can still hear all the gun sounds, the doors, the dogs, "Mein leben!" and the do-da-du sound when you picked up an item.

      • Made me realise that there have been some really good Wolfenstein games over the decades.

        • +3

I never planed any others since Wolf 3D in the 1990s. I might give this Prime freebee one a go if I ever get time to play games

I just finished new colossus and it's the best one out of the lot by far. Old blood was pretty bland. Its a loose remake of rtcw but still, new colossus is next level.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein still punches above it's weight.

      • +2

Electric shocks and screaming at the start.

        • +1

Just delightful :-) But I must admit to enjoying the catacombs a bit more.

@Cheap Gamer is that the one where we see Hitler and can't shoot him? I still have Hitler blue ball even though it's been years since I played that game.

      Wolfenstein 2009

If anyone missed it - this largely unknown Wolfenstein game is fantastic.
Very different from the current Reboot - but in a good/interesting way.

Has the weird Dual Realities mechanic.
I just don't know why this went under the radar?

You'll have to hunt down a digital or physical copy or other avenues - but it's worth it.

They should def bring it back online

      • Is that the game that also has the free game enemy territory?

That free to play concet was about 10 years too early

Amazon prime the gift that keeps on giving.

    Thanks OP

Not that anyone probably plays WoW much anymore, but they're giving out a formerly TCG mount that went for several hundred dollars on the open market. I'm guessing the value just dropped.

  • Any cars racing games on Prime? Thanks.

    Icewind Dale….nnnnnICEEEEE :-)

    • Don't forget to manually backup your saves

    • Thanks… I gave this code to a friend of my wife who loves these Legacy games but she tells me the code is not valid so I guess someone claimed it and didn't bother to thank you.

      • yeah sorry to hear that

      • Looks like a threesome is off the cards now.

Ha!… I'm in my mid-sixties… difficult enough to handle one woman at this age… lol

Does anyone have a spare code for City Legends Trapped In Mirror? If so, please PM me.

      PMed

      • +2

        Much appreciated

  • Do you have to get it specifically on the day mentioned or does it become available that day and stays available for a while? (asking because I'm going camping over Easter and not near computer)

    • +1

They should be available for a while. I just checked a game from last month, Baldur's gate which was available March 2. Although I've already claimed it, it does still say it ends in 2 days. Other games from later in March have a later end date still.

  • All games should be accessible via saas imo

  • +2

    Anyone want any games?

    • Yes!

      Do I have time?….sadly no.

I have farrrr too many in Steam anyway.

      • +1

Me too, that's why I'm offering lol

        • +2

It's like those months you forget to pause humble choice, and ughhhh, that's a waste of a $20 that won't probably ever be used, but could have been a lazy day bought lunch for work.

If this is for April why has it pop up again?

    • +1

Yeah looks like an error ?

    • +1

      Also wondering …

    • Oops sorry about that. We set this in March but the month and day were the wrong way around, so it went off on 4th of July, instead of the 7th of April.
