During the Tour de Brisbane cycling event tomorrow Sunday 2 April, a number of roads will close to vehicle traffic. Clem7 tunnel will be toll free:

  • Southbound: 5am to 11:30am
  • Northbound: 5am to 12:30pm

On the event day, map apps such as Google, Waze, and Apple Maps will automatically calculate a detour around the road closures. Refer here for a list of roads/times are closed.

    Rember to disable “avoid tolls” on google maps (if you already had it disabled, your ozbargain membership is hereby revoked).

      Not sure about Google or Apple Maps, but in Waze, regardless of having avoid tolls disabled or enabled, you'll still be routed through the tunnel if your route requires it
