    It's far far better at removing ingrained stains and is easier to rinse off. It seems to have a finer grit. I've use it to clean old dirty tiles when moving into a new place, shower basin, stains on old stove, firebox glass door, when nothing else will remove (unless you use a very harsh chemical).
    As it has fine grit in it, test in a small area first if you're afraid of scratching.
