    when i try to redeem in event cinema. it will be waste of my money if i cannot redeem.

      • when i try to use the event cinema gift card in their website i get this error message:
        Warning: Card has not been sold

    • I had this happen to me as well but that's because in the T&Cs they say it will be available 24 hours after purchase. I waited a day after I bought the gift card and checked again on the website and it became loaded with a balance.

      • thanks, ya it did work now. lesson learned never buy if you want to use it straight away.
