APRL15APRL17BASEUS10

Baseus has dropped their regular price for a range of power banks by 10% using the Baseus code that then stacks with the current eBay codes (plus and non-plus) to provide some pretty decent prices. Prices and items as follows:

Item Normal Price non-eBay Plus eBay Plus
15W 10000mAh $23.99 $18.35 $17.92
20W 10000mAh $35.99 $27.53 $26.88
15W 20000mAh $43.99 $33.65 $32.86
20W 20000mAh $45.99 $35.18 $34.35
20W 30000mAh $50.99 $39.01 $38.09
15W 30000mAh $54.99 $42.07 $41.08

Yes, the 15W 30Ah is more expensive than the 20W 30Ah. I don't know why. Possibly an error on their part. There are also a bunch of other power banks that can use these codes too. See this page.

Got this nifty Magsafe charger for $35 with APRL15 and BASEUS10

  • Damn, and I was hoping for a good deal on one powerful enough for the steam deck

  • Great quality power banks, been using my 30A for over a year with no issues

I bought the 20W 20000mAh. These can be used on the plane?

    • +2

Yes you can. I believe max mAh without needing to declare is 27000.

      • Thanks, that's what I have read too. But a bit confusing as it's not calculated by mAh.

        • +1

Yeah it's based on Watts. And Watts = Volts x Amps. And batteries inside power banks have 3.7 Volts.

          So 3.7 x 27 = 99.9

Planes have USB charging, I don't understand why you'd need to use it on a plane?

      • It does not always work reliably, so nice to have a backup.

      • +1

Not all planes (particularly budget flights), not to mention the ports can just not register at times, or have abysmal charging speeds etc

      • +3

You might still need it at the destination as well.

        • yeah this is it especially if camping or going offgrid for a bit

  • +1

Good quality powerbanks, but bulkier than competitors

  • I am wondering if I should buy one for my trip to Europe, new phone lasts a very long time and i am trying to imagine when I'd actually need it! I can only think of when we have black outs! LOL

    • They're very handy to have when traveling. You'll need it when you least expect it, I always charge up even when it's not empty, just in case I have a longer night out or you know, some unexpected pleasantries arise and you need to stay overnight somewhere and they don't have a charger that suits your phone ;)

  • What do you recommend for the best for travel - i.e. smallest, lightest with decent mAh and W??

  • I cant seem to add the APRL15 coupon, it doesnt work

  • Anyone know how much these weigh? Interested in getting a one for a hike.

    • 10000mAh 15W is 243gr.

  • "From low battery to full charge in a second." Now that's impressive! Deliberately mangled English makes us think we're getting a bargain over those silly foreigners.

Me: Avoids looking at all the good quality Baseus cords I have.

  • Does anyone know what's the difference between "Capacity" and "Rated Capacity"?

I was just reading the description from the ebay item for this and this caught my eyes:
Baseus PD 20W Power Bank With LED Display 30000mAh
    Capacity: 30000mAh/3.7V 111Wh
    Rated Capacity: 18000mAh
Energy Conversion Rate: more than 75%

    • +2

Capacity = raw capacity of the lithium cells in it (based on ~3.7v nominal)
Rated Capacity = (I think) actual charging capacity when you up the output voltage to 5v for USB charging

  • Seems to be out of stock

  • Got the flagship 20w 30000. Only the best will do. 😜

  • only 20000 (or there abouts) is legal on flights yeah ??

  • Anyone received their's yet?

    • I received mine 17 April but it unfortunately doesn't work. I'm contacting the seller
