          Same with the challenge, once you're opted in you can click through from anywhere/shop from any device you wish. Wouldn't worry about the tracking, the tracking comes in in batches from eBay so I find typically takes a little while on big sale date particularly later in the day. they technically have up to 7 days to track their orders with us so best to wait a bit before worrying.

    I want to purchase something in 'Home and Garden' but see that the applicable sub-categories seem to be: 'Alcohol & Food, Appliances, Baby, Pet Supplies'.

    Does this mean if I purchase something in 'Home and Garden' but with the sub-category 'Kitchen, Dining, Bar' or 'Tools & Workshop Equipment' the cashback won't apply?

      Last time I order at midnight and got tracking at 3pm (boosted event). So it would definitely take at least 15 hours in my experience. But normally its the next day normally after 24 hours on a "non promo" event.

      Have some patience mate, eBay cashback tends to track at least the next day as that’s usually when eBay reports back to ShopBack

      Same goes for Westpac. If your regular cashback tracks, Westpac shouldn’t be too far behind either

        I don't have issue with what eBay tracking, but normally Westpac and normal cashback track at the same time, but this time booking.com tracked pretty much instantly, yet Westpac not

        Good on u. Just check with my partner, tracked as 0 too with that coupon. Not looking good, we made 7-8 transactions between us, half of it with the coupon

            @gotyourback: Thanks, will check again tomorrow then, it's still wrong on most that using APRL17 code, but you're right it's not a blanket issue, as 1 of our transactions that using the same code was tracked correctly when I checked just now (1 out of 4 was correct, the other 3 tracked as 0).

    3 transaction tracked: 1 normal, 1 with code [APRL17] and 1 with auto discount 30% applied for mutli purchase.

    All purchase before 5PM and tracking came at 3:33am.

    Only issue is 2 of the 3 had 10% taken off the cashback (couple of cent) which seems like GST but one order didn't?

    Either way say roughly 48.5% on a $133.58 spend with all stacks.

    APRL17 Westpac bonus tracked $0 for me too. eBay Australia tracked but is "calculating".

    No emails yet, but eBay is showing up as "Calculating" and Westpac is $0. I used the APRL17 code and paid some, but not all, with gift cards. The spend $30 get $3 challenge hasn't updated. I also had another eBay challenge that I needed to spend a little more on, and it's gone to pending.

    Only tracking for me is the frantic gift card buying after the 10% cards ran out. Last 10 mins just fired without them hehe :)
    Tracking normally comes the next day or 2 based on the previous deals .

    @gotyourback My both transactions, for Westpac its showing 0 and eBay is calculating. Used code April17 with eBay gift card and westpac card. Both transactions were around $200. I didn't receive any email tracking from Shopback and looking at the tracking history manually. Please have a look.

                The transaction records for both the 10% cashback and the Westpac bonus were duplicated, but only the 10% cashback was fixed.
                The duplicated record for the 15% Westpac bonus still shows $0.

    Just got a reply from shopback enquiry.
    To be more specific, The codes APRIL15 and APRIL17 can only be used on orders in the Vehicle Parts & Accessories, Miscellaneous Home & Garden/Appliances category. Therefore, As of 28th October 2019, Purchases made with Coupon / Voucher codes are not eligible for Cashback (unless otherwise stated)

    Didn't expect that, I always read t&cs and DON'Ts , probably everyone missed it?

      Yeah same. I've been having tracking issues ever since Topcashback came into play tbh. Even if I click out from SB, it seems like TCB tracks it instead for some weird reason. And I have to submit a missing cashback claim 7 days after.

          Only SB has a browser extension. And you have to click out from the website as eBay is not part of the browser extension. TCB is always logged in though. But yeah my click out was from SB website not TCB.

        Hmm sounds like a cookie issue, sometimes other extensions can interrupt tracking on the back end, so I'd try and disable other extensions during your shop to try and avoid this trouble, or shop via mobile on our app if at all possible.

          Would logging out of TCB on my desktop worked too (TCB doesn't have an extension)? Or perhaps opening an incognito window/tab before clicking out of SB?
