Members should be aware of numerous comments about poor quality & boots falling apart in old posts -

Not happy with my pair bought previously. Should have paid better attention to feedback.
Bought a pair of these a while ago as a gift, super poor quality. Wool pulled right off quite easily and looked like something on par with Kmart quality. Didn’t even end up gifting it.
Yeah i'll second this. The upper and sole of mine had come apart and winter isnt even over yet.
I've had mine for about a year. Within about 6 months of semi-daily wear, every single point where my foot contacts the sole is just rubber now. All the wool is gone. They're still comfy enough for me not to want to replace because wool on top is still intact… but I'd not buy another pair of these
Can confirm. Bought a pair in a deal earlier this year. Within a few days of wear, I noticed fluff everywhere. Bald patches quickly developed where my feet made contact with the slippers.
Threw them out within 6 months. So if you purchase these, just know that it will lose all of the wool and you'll need to replace them after several months.
They are VERY poor quality.
In comparison I had a pair of Peter Alexander ones I wore for years before they were bald and I replaced with these. Never again.
These fall apart after 6 months and the comfort is like being barefoot on concrete fyi

Many reported on poor quality. I tried to ignore all reports… Bought last summer due to the good price. Used them 2 months during 2022 winter, they started falling apart…
Also adding to the feedback that I purchased from this store before, and the product quality was not good at all. After about 6-8 weeks, the bottom layer started falling apart. Don't recommend.
The lambswool where the heel sits wears away completely after a few short weeks.
I am not sure about the quality of this for wear and tear. Got a pair for wifey in April and the wool lining at the heel is completely bald/bare now. Maybe is just a bad batch?
Agree! Absolute frauds! Bought 2 and they both deteriorated in less than a year and seller did not want to deal with it. When I brought up in their last’ sale’ on OB, they pretended to ask for order number and never actioned anything. Pfft wouldn’t bother with these clowns
Awful seller, worst customer experience and it upsets me that they still try to get into this great community. The negative reviews are real guys and I went through it two years ago. Be aware!

  In winter I wear my ugg's around the house all day (WFH), still fine after 2 years, one pair I washed in the front loader with wool wash and still fine. I don't wear them outside though.

  I went to a job interview in their factory a few years ago. I walked away vowing to never buy any more of their products after seeing the dark & unsafe conditions and experiencing how poorly they treat their workers. I could go into detail but I can’t be bothered.

  I am happy enough with my (or maybe two) year old pair which I wear very regularly. The wool under the foot has crushed and worn a little but that is perfectly normal in my experience with wool lined slippers. Feels fine and still nice and warm.
  The very tip of the sole has separated a tiny bit (just on the trim/piping) but seems stable now and is not a concern for me. The sole is indeed kinda crappy - very stiff but would damage easily on rough surfaces but this is not a problem since I only wear them inside. All stitching is good.

Nah mine are fine after 2 years, I only wear in and around the house though, not walking the streets in them, ordered a pair for the Mrs, mothers day done lol.

  Funny that. My 3yo pair were solid as, but I wore out the toe which is fine. I bought another pair last year and the sole peeled off both pairs within a month or two. They repaired them at their cost, but they are starting to peel apart again. Might get a second winter out of them, just. Maybe there was a change in quality?

      I don't see that as a good value proposition, you can get similar ratio plonk from the big booze retailers without having to buy a dozen. My biggest bugbear is the spammy nature of their posts & the bullshit narrative they attempt to promote and the fake inflated prices. It's cheap wine of an average quality being sold under false pretences, they've just worked out how to stay just within the lines here.

Cheaper from ALDI as Airlie pointed out. This is not a deal, this seller has a multitude of issues and it's probably best to buy them elsewhere. At least with ALDI you can take them back within 60 days.

        @docians: I think some people are a rough on their UGGs, I've had mine 2 years and the only wear is the wool flattening inside. I've even washed the one pair in the front loader. I wear them everyday around the house. I wouldn't wear them outside or do physical activity in them, and I ordered a size up so I don't have to fight them onto my feet.
