Targeted yes, to a select group, yes, but how do you know it's a small group? What is small in your opinion? 100 people? If we're talking percentage, then even 0.1% of Flybuys users would be a significant amount.

I disagree. This post got me to log into flybuys and find I also have the offer. Without OP I'd likely have missed it.
Edit: I have yet to receive any email (or push) about the freebie.
