    Reps, do you have any suggestion on my switchbot rod problem - mine still have their motors running but it doesn't seem to move along the rod any more. I dunno if they lose the grip or the motor is getting less powerful. I think mine is v1. (i didn't buy from you but just asking for advice) Thanks

      Hello, Are you using with solar, or are you recharging? Can you try using the cable to fully charge and see if it improves? When it's running, do you hear it spinning, or it just stops with no noise?
