    QC 3.0 on charger with review but on advertising picture showing as QC 4.0… won't bother as full certification is not on these besides CE.

      The image you refer to is talking about the USB-C port and that would be correct. QC 4.0 is via USB-C and backwards compatible with USB-PD up to 27W. Certainly won't achieve full QC4 speeds and unrelated to QC 3.0 that's done via the orange USB-A port.
