  • I have the mini version MW3 and it works great

I have the MW6, also worked great and good speed so far.

Btw, if you connect this from your ISP router, remember to set it to bridge, will be faster internet, especially ping, as you not behind to DHCP server.

    • How did you do it?
Do you have to manually set up the IP and DNS server, then change to Bridge?

  • For whatever reason my ps5 controller disconnects ever 5 mins when I'm on my mesh network. No idea why

Which mesh you are using? I'm using MW6 with my PS5, no problem. But my PS5 connected to one of the MW6 node using LAN cable

I have the mw5 version which is very similar.

The only reoccurring issue i have had is with some cameras. I have wired backhaul between 2 of the nodes. Even though the camera is right near the remote node the wireless will, after a while, connect back to the primary node. The camera then barely works because the connection is so poor. Same thing has happened with 2 different cameras.

I cant work out why it keeps defaulting to the primary node despite there being a much much better connection in the same room. Its stupid.

  • Great set but the LED on one of the cube failed. No issues as still work ok. Bridge setup.

    • Probably a stupid question but just in case: You didnt accidentally turn it off on the ap did you? There is a setting on each node to turn the LED off or on.

      • Good one, you had me there. I just checked and all LEDs are on. The offending LED light comes on very dim sometimes but is off most of the time. Cheers.

I can confirm the Tenda Nova range mesh networks are great bang for buck.

Have installed multiple of these for friends and family including my own home.

    Just my 2 cents.
