What name shows up on the top left of your phone, "Amaysim" or "Optus"?
I have an OG iPhone SE and was so annoyed with the "Vodafone AU" not quite fitting and scrolling endlessly at the top of my phone the last year lol

I bought the $10/8GB one via CR, as it said $14 CB (ie; $4 profit), but it only tracked as $7 CB. I've submitted a query to CR. Wait and see, I guess.

  Unless it has changed since the time that you purchased, there is only one CR offer of $14 cashback, which is for the $40 Mobile Plan with 80GB (currently discounted to $20 for the first 2 renewals).
  
  The $20 Mobile Plan with 8GB (currently discounted to $10 for the first 2 renewals) has $7 cashback, which is what you have gotten.

    Yes, it changed from $14 (when I bought it) to $7 later in the day. I have a screenshot shot of it before the change, which I attached to the CR enquiry.

    It's correct. From 1 May 2023 CR has changed the cash back content against to Amaysim. I've chosen and bought the package $40 mobile plan, unluckily it's cash back of $14 is not credit to my CR account as before. I have to wait more than 1 week to claim it.
