        See automated performance based bans to see how they work.

        This is in addition to posting limits which dictate how often a store can post based on vote averages. Users (not mods) decide what is a deal or not and the voting determines how often and if the store can continue posting on OzBargain.

      Are you referring to their sales platform cycling through recent purchasers?

      This is a shopify "social proof" add-on. I didn't interpret it as one person repeat sales.

    This store has a history of mentioning fake & misleading RRP in order to try & generate sales. Sometimes the prices are the same or less before & after a fake bargain has been posted.

    For example -

    As everyone has already stated. Serious issue with rep behaviour, posting fake RRP and then a “massive” discount. Questionable ban circumventing. Mediocre product quality. Fake “…. from …. just purchased ….” website notifications.

    Can’t wait for the ban to be up and the spam to return.

    Don't know what the fuss is about. (and please read before deciding to Neg this comment…a waste of Ozbargain's value if you blindly neg, without at least assessing what my contribution is).

    I am a repeat customer of Ugg AND use their products (rug on bed and work chair) and boots….and have received glowing reports from family/friends I have gifted them to.

    I've researched either ebay or search results and the discounted price is ballpark bargain. Ugg Australia is also a known manufacturer/retailer specialising in..wool products.

    (edit: ensure to check sizing on other listings..also if "patched"..all my prior Ugg rug purchases are as advertised).

    There are also ebay sellers that happily sell similar product but am not sure of the quality. And sellers that sell pool toys as well suggests they are not purely vested in this line of product at all but are just resellers.

    I have purchased before from Ugg (and yes, via Ozbargain alert) and find the quality is fine (including the calico storage bag) ..and it's a branded product…genuinely from Australia and not from some seller that also sells inflatable pool toys and other stuff.

    These are excellent for under a bottom sheet (superior to an electric blanket) and my work chair. Also gifted to someone faced with driving interstate (15 hours trip) and they swear by them as lifesavers.

    Negging my comment probably will only confirm my suspicion that some of the commenters in here may have other motives (such as a competitor) as I've seen little legitimate issue with "concerns" raised.

    Do your research. And no, I am NOT affiliated with the merchant in ANY way, except by using their products daily and assessing they are genuine value for money when purchased at the Ozbargain-listed promotion prices.
