You are not. Emailed on the weekend and got a reply about 40 minutes ago that bonus is approved. However still shows pending in app and website so can't withdraw.
Update: after a couple or so email correspondence, top bloke ALEX at their CS end helped me cleared my pending $73.55 and just now able to withdraw it into my bank, 🤞clears in a couple days 💪 thanks Cheddar!
Did you email the support email? I got the same issue, got a reply saying they could see it on the backend on 9/5 but still nothing and sent a follow up on Wed which have been replied to yet

Requested withdrawal 01/05. Cheddar says paid 07/05. Payment isn’t showing in my bank. Partner also requested withdrawal the same day 01/05 and still no payment too :(

Did you fulfil the minimum spend requirements for the $70 one though? I got mine and several relatives' I helped set up approved but one didn't (still shows pending) cos they couldn't figure what to buy before the month was up, so maybe CBA's system isn't giving out free for alls just yet.
Yeah i definitely fulfilled requirements, it is stuck on pending but all the others have been approved, so i guess it wont be approved : /

My $70 bonus on signup initially was stuck at pending, sent through an email to them 4 days ago and today they came back approving the bonus. Was able to withdraw just fine.
Anyone not able to withdraw their $70, send an email to them and they should sort it out for you; make sure you definitely fulfilled the requirements for the bonus! Doesn't hurt to include a screenshot/evidence in the email showing that you did meet the requirements.
I second this. I had a $25 bonus declined even though I’m pretty sure I had met the spend criteria. Contacted support through the app yesterday, and got a response today that they had manually approved it, and I was able to withdraw.
Just got an email telling me it was suspicious I added a bank account and made a withdrawal so they cancelled the transaction. No money showing in my account. Great effort from CBA.
Wow would've thought they'd written off all the existing pending cashbacks at the time of shutdown and not bother with checking and verifying.

The funny thing is that my bonus cashback shouldn't have been eligible as it was refunded (seller never sent the item), and it was only because they shut down and approved all pending cashbacks that I still got mine ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah I got lucky as well. Made a bunch of bookings for my trip via Cheddar. Got the cash back and looks like now I will have to cancel my trip due to work.
Same part of my order was refunded as out of stock which dropped me under the min spend. Oh well free money…

Sad to see a competitor go. Retail users will be the ones who lose out.
Nonetheless, how Cheddar’ business was executed was horrible. Wasn’t surprise they are out of business so quick. Pretty sure hardcore Ozbargainers would be able to run Cheddar better than Cheddar themselves.

Well i got the last of my cashback withdrawn so cheddar has delivered as promised. 160 in cashback on purchases plus 90 in sign up bonuses all withdrawn successfully

My bonus was declined, as well as the cashback for meeting the spending criteria. Not so elegant.
Got a spam looking email asking me to act fast on your approved cashback, turns out I was approved the $70 and have now withdrawn it, they had no need to send me a reminder email, score!

Click activity showed nil.
Even had email saying “You’ve got cheddar coming your way…” in the past.
