Funny the email assures the users the cashback will be paid out but nothing works.

Cheddar staff appear to have left the office and shut down the website and parts of the app (in contradiction to the email promises)
The CBA has notified the FSU it will cut 158 jobs from Operations and Technology including 18 being outsourced; 38 jobs in the ‘x15 venture’ (Cheddar online app); 25 cuts in Financial Services and Risk Management and three jobs in Global Markets.

Useless PoS, refuses to save my bank details on app or website, even when it accepts bank details it doesn't save them.

I get the OTP error while trying to withdraw my cashback via the app. When I try via a browser and click on 'Withdraw $XX.XX', it just greys it out and nothing happens?
Yeah same for me. I saved my bank details last week before the shutdown notice, was able to on the website after I was getting the OTP error on the app to do the same. Have tried dozens of times since the shutdown notice and both the app and website aren't letting me withdraw.

I logged in, the standard CASHBACK was approved but the bonus $70 bonus was not approved yet.

Tried all that , still not able to add my banking details to make the withdrawal.

I don’t believe they are actually under any obligation to give us our cashback.
Why? I would have thought that they have an obligation to pay their debts before disappearing or have they declared insolvency or the likes?
Really, we had a contact with them. They have received consideration in the form of us using them plus the commission we caused them to receive from the retailer.

Everything is approved inc bonus but clicking on the withdraw button just does a loading circle which then disappears and then the button ends up greyed out and nothing happens.
Bonuses now approved, able to withdraw without issue.

Might just have to wait it out. Seems like the bonus cashbacks have been slowly getting approved so maybe they'll fix the damn bank acc page too eventually, unless there's like 0 staff left lol.
I already had bank details saved in app with previous withdrawals and I haven’t had any issues as others have reported. Cashback approved, withdraw requested 2 days ago, now bonuses approved and withdraw request today without any issues.
Yeah a lot of people here were still waiting for their cashback approvals so most likely had not added in bank details yet hence the current issues.

Some of us are having issues on the app withdrawing funds (OtpExpired message), adding a bank account as well as bonuses (referral, signup etc) still pending. The website doesn't function either.

All of my pending cashback has been approved. Finger crossed they fix the banking details issue next week.
Joined for the $70 bonus. Withdrew $70.67 on 3 May and got paid today.
I wonder if the $70 help speed up the shutdown?

Looks like they also let some of their server resources go with their employees! Website is slow and times out often. Accepts bank account details but does not save them. Seems like they're not going to let most of us withdraw our cashbacks.
My cashback has been approved… But when I click the Withdraw button (on desktop), it goes to the next screen showing the bank account receiving the cashback and then the Withdraw button becomes disabled.
Then nothing happens. No confirmation screen or anything.
When I click to another page and then back to Cashback page, the Withdraw button becomes active again… and round about we go again.
Anyone got a solution?

Click on Withdraw and it becomes greyed out with no confirmation. Refresh the page and Withdraw becomes clickable again and nothing to show that the previous withdrawal request was accepted.

I had a mixed bag with them. Some of their CB offers were outstanding and I got some decent money bag but a few, where I know I did everything right didn't track - which was annoying.
Fortunately I have nothing outstanding when they closed.
Just heard back from Alex in the Cheddar team re: missing balance. They mentioned they can see all of my cashback transactions in their back end and are working to get the cashback visible on my end.

got a response from Cheddar asking to try the website (which I have before and it didn't even load)
I tried today and I got much further than via the app and it looked like I was able to add the bank account but it doesn't seem to save the details.
When I go to withdraw, it asks for the bank account details again and entering it there does nothing.
They did note that there's a high volume of traffic and to try in couple of days.We live in Hope :)

message them, they can delete your data or you can do it from your profile or you can do in the help section. DIY is quicker and easier though

Okay waited until the dust settled a bit, things actually loaded on the web. First I put my withdrawal information in and it saved (before it would just wipe it). Next went to withdraw and it says $70.76 on the way.
Think this is one of the only times I'm thankful this didn't have any authentication or it probably wouldn't have worked lol
