      Well it's way better than all the 1650 deals for around the same price. At this price point, you'd be hard pressed to find a better gaming laptop deal. But the CPU is a bit meh and 8GB of RAM is meh.

        At a certain point you're just better off buying/building a sff pc. Yeah won't work without being plugged in but this laptop won't even last 1.5 hours on battery when gaming (and the speed is throttled too on battery).

        It's not that the 3050 is inherently a bad card, it's just that this one's only 40w. It's also only 4gb of vram unlike its desktop counterpart which will force you on lowest settings for anything AAA released in the last 4-5 years, borderline unusable for anything current gen.

        A 3060 laptop like this one will be 2.5x faster than the 3050 one here.

        Sure it's out of stock but im sure you can find something similar at a close enough price around.
