      Booking has to be linked to your QFF account in My Account or when booking the flight. You should be able to offset any upcoming bookings (that you have already booked, but not yet flown), but not ones in the past.

    Would it be important to contribute to two different groups in the GiveBack category? OzHarvest & Kimberly land council?
    Considering that the green tier requirement says "Complete at least 1 activity in 5 different categories", one should be enough?

    Ok i finally got it to check-out. For the people struggling, what worked for me was not using autocomplete, but manually inputting my credit card details.

    This was after like 10 different tries across chrome, incognito and mobile.

      When I got Points Club, the lounge entries were meant to appear after 2 weeks. They still hadn't after 6, which is when I was flying. I contacted the several times before flying and they didn't get them credited in time. Luckily, the lounge reception staff were willing to let me in after I called FF and they explained the situation to them. They were finally credited after ~8 weeks.

      I'm not sure why I even bother trying this. I've probably said bye to 6000 points. At least they should be going to a good cause.

    For some reason, Qantas wants an extra 12000 pts instead of 5760 during checkout?

        I only selected 3 sectors all together in market place, discount applied on donation and market place eco ones ,not for home and car offset though,

        also separately paid one of the flights for 307 points

        one existing sector from quiz is done ages ago.

        all of these can be made up of 5 out of 5 sectors, so lets wait with patience,

      It is a bit hit and miss with existing bookings, but the terms and conditions do not exclude it.

      So if it doesn't automatically trigger within 7 days of doing the offset, then you can raise a complaint to Qantas and get them to manually add the completed leaf.

      Worked for me - I have an upcoming reward flight for 3 pax NAN-SYD-CBR (FJ then QF) booked last year, offset it on Friday and have received the leaf today.

      Incidentally the other people on my booking also received a green leaf, so if you are in that position you may be able to rinse and repeat for them to earn points/status if desired.

Following above message, managed to complete remaining 3 leaves last night. paid $21 dollars + 2880 points. This morning got the confirmation and i accepted 10,000 points. it was credited within a minute. Well-done Qantas.

    So I did the first three tonight, Home and Car offset TAS, Great Barrier Reef Donation and Climate Positive Donation. As soon as it was processed I received a text from Qantas saying.

    "We need to clarify some details about your recent Qantas Marketplace order. Please contact our team on 1300… between 8am-7pm (AEDT) Mon to Sat"

    Anyone else get this? Are they going to question the TAS offset?

I did Green Tier last year and didn't realise you could rinse and repeat :) Used the voucher code for my charity donation, and was able to add carbon offset to a couple of Reward flights I'm taking next week.
