    So the only improvement since the old / original Pokemon GO Plus is that it that it will support Pokemon Sleep ?
    All the auto spin and auto catch features were in the previous version already, and Kogan still sells the "GO-TCHA GOTCHA" that works like the old Pokemon GO Plus

      The original Go plus was manual only.
      The Pokeball plus had auto spin, not auto catch technically but you could wrap something around to make it so.

      So this is a step up again for official devices, but yes the gotcha and others have been around for a while doing the same thing. I guess it just depends on what you need it to do…

      It removes some of the in-game grind and transfers it to a passive activity.

      Is it expensive? Yes it is, but we're not always known to make sound purchasing decisions.

        Forgive me if this sounds stupid, but it seems like an add-on that stops you from actually playing the game?

        Playing the game without add-on; free.
        Pay $60, and now you're going for a walk instead.. unless I'm missing something?

          You can play the game when it's not open on your phone. So your working or driving or on PT and it auto catches and spins in the background.
          Open the game and items and Pokémon appear from those times. It's tracks your steps for eggs as well.

          It is good for me as I live in a small town, away from spawns/pokestops and cant walk/ride for long due to a disability.
          So for my limited and busy times in town around spawns and pokestops, the pg++ can run which allows me to enjoy at least some aspect of pg

      Oh no, a company reverted a change they made during lockdowns in a worldwide pandemic in 2020. The name of the game is Pokemon GO like go for a walk or an adventure, not Pokemon SIT like sit on your couch and queue up for raids for $1 each. Just go for a walk dude, meetup with some people and make a day of it.

        Screw that thinking. They made the game better and reaped record profits due to it. The world has changed since 2020 and people aren't interested in the in-person aspect anywhere near as much. Poor decisions are killing this game.

          They didn't make the game better in any capacity. They made it a single player game where you pay $0.99 to queue up to raid.. how is that better than meeting up with your local community to go and raid? Just play a mainline game if you want to do that. PvP is the king in this game anyway, raids are old news (maybe cool in 2018 sure, where we had EX Raids for Mewtwo). No one plays Master League in a competitive way so you don't need the XL candy for Legendaries anyway.
