        Its not damaged .
        Its expected of a used product, based on release date around 3 years or more. Ive seen worse condition monitors that have been sitting on a desk at home

        1 dead pixel and 2 cm scratch on the LCD panel itself

        Not so bad for an old used monitor

    Mine has a crack on the stand and a missing VESA screw. Some scratches on the monitor but on plastic not display itself.
    Contacted the seller as soon as I received it and no reply.

      UPD. they finally responded and offered a replacement for the stand. so far so good.
