We're making some important changes to your service. We've made the decision to discontinue offering the $5 mobile plan. As part of this change, we'll move you to the $10 plan with 2GB of included data. To reduce the impact of the price rise, we'll provide a $2.50 per month discount on your new plan for the first 3 months.
I survived without data but was enjoying the unlimited calls and sms. Any similar plans to the $5 per month out there.

6 mths @10 for unlimited calls/texts and 10gb Data, after 6 mths data drops to 5gb per mth for same cost.
Jokes on them, I tried to move my son to that plan last month but they wouldn't do it with the data cos it was only for new connections.
Now they are giving me a discount for 3 months!

Telstra raised their prices more than that quoting just CPI, for example. Dodo must have felt pretty stupid offering prices so low when the alliterative for most other people was so much more expensive.
