  Just be aware if you get a DOA or need to send it back for any other reason they use fedex for returns and the only facility is in port botany.

    Amazon US are great at returns but useless at packing.

    Bought 2 in previous deal. Arrived yesterday. One dead. Can't trust the package and got to send both back I suppose?

    Ordered a day before this deal was posted and received today. Top marks for shipping speed and it was packed well.

    The drive itself however shows significant signs of mishandling or prior use - five dents along the edges of the top casing, and a scratch in the corner of the bottom casing. It's relatively old stock (DOM Jul 2022) which doesn't mean anything in itself but heightens my suspicions about where this drive may have been (curious what CrystalDiskInfo would report but don't want to use the drive and potentially impact the return process).

      Same. Mine one have a dent on the drive, I dont even want to turn it on. Return request approved on next business day. then call UPS for collection

        Damn, didn't know UPS would do a pick up - figured I'd be up for postage (there's only one drop off location, near Sydney Airport). Was going to give them a call but ended up enquiring with Newegg, and when I told them I wasn't near the drop off point, they sent a DHL label instead.

          @Jabba the Hutt: I cannot find any dropoff location via using location tool on their website. So i call them organised an pickup smoothly. Have refund fully 3 days after.

  Ordered 10/5, received today (14/5 Sunday!)
  One DOM is 26JUL2022 (two minor dents on top edge), the other one is 17DEC2022 (no dent).
  CrystalDiskInfo reported both as first boot up
