I tried the $2 delivery. It arrived within 30 minutes but didn't include any of the items I ordered.
After 30 minutes of being passed from help desk to help desk and being on hold they refunded the money and said to keep the wrong order. But there was no way for them to replace it with what I ordered.
Unfortunately, it was all stuff that I find almost undrinkable.

Had a similar issue with firstchoice. I personally found the phone support helpful when you explain that you received the wrong items.
Annoying part was having to re-order the correct items.

I also tried the $2 delivery. Was out when the door dash guy arrived, said he couldn't leave it and hung up. He then said he returned it to the store, so I went to pick it up and then spent an hr with the chick at the counter to find out where the order was.
Turns out driver was holding it ransom as he was concerned he wouldn't be paid for the failed delivery. Had to argue with the manager to get my stuff. Long story short, be home for the the next hr after ordering.
I think its a given you have to actully be home to receive alcohol deliveries.
In the terms on liquorland it said that you don't have to, but yeah lesson learnt.
I did do Sherpa deliveries for a short time I think it was for BWS though and you had to check id before you are able to deliver items make sure people were not under 18

Love the $2 delivery (when it works). Probably cheaper than driving and picking up.
Hate the site though. Paypal checkout failed, but still charged me. Chasing up support now
