Sierra Trading Post have great prices, especially with a special like this, but gore-tex isn't as expensive as it used to be… I got a Marmot Minimalist gore-tex jacket from Altrec last year for $140 inc shipping to Washington.
If you want to keep abreast of STP's specials then I suggest signing up to their mailing list. They very often have discount coupons, including for reduced shipping.
Code works great but shipping for my selection of 3 items is nearly $50. Makes it feel not quite so bargainy so haven't bitten LOL.

Shipping can be a killer, I think these guys do it as a minimum charge plus % of what you spend. A year or so ago I bought a goretex ski jacket that was $650 in the shops here in Melb for under $250 from these guys, shipping was $40 or so. Expensive shipping but I still came out $350 in front.
I think they do it as a percentage because I once bought an enormous wheelie bag in one of their sales. It was on massive markdown to $50 or so. Because of its size I thought the shipping would be crazy but it was actually cheaper than the aforementioned ski jacket!!
My work is sending me to the US in Sep, I think I might get an order sent to my mail forwarding guy then get him to ship it across to my hotel when I get to the US and bring it back with me!!
