Tool for one handed pruning of garden branch's up to 80mm.

I finally picked this up as the $60 price seemed reasonable. Based on past Ozbargain posts it should do the job I'm after.

FYI there is a chance it could be cheaper with the code PWE25 if you want to chance it when that begins in just over a week.

  I would suggest that the Ozito is substantially larger and heavier than this Bosch and that not all of their use cases overlap.

Ryobi ONE+ Brushless Pruning Saw 2.0Ah Kit $128 (Was $299) + Delivery ($0 C&C/ in-Store/ OnePass) @ Bunnings

This one was good, price might be twice as much but the use frequency and time saving also twice as much.
