    Hey Dio, The 55% offer is no longer available, and it once came with a 12-month benefit period, so if you are currently in your benefit period and this is not expiring soon, we suggest you stay on the same plan. However, if it has been more than 12 months since you last compared or chose your plan with AGL, it might be possible that your current offer is expiring soon or has already expired. In such a scenario, we suggest you choose a new offer from AGL.

              Further, yes you may change your plan, as per the requirements you have to be with the same retailer and plan for 30 days (preferably after you get your electricity bill for that month).
